STEPS FOR MOVING THE CN PROJECT FORWARD:

• Set up California non-profit public benefit corporation (Done)
• Begin development of the business plan and apply for tax-exempt status
  (in process)
• Raise interest and support with key government officials
  (city-county-state-federal)
• Raise interest and support with the business and nonprofit communities
  (local-national-international)
• Promote the idea and raise awareness and interest with the public in the community at large
• Identify and raise interest, and partner with potential stakeholders
• Get commitments from the international community to co-locate consulates
• Raise funding through various means (throughout the process)
• Partner with other nonprofits to hold local charitable events

STEPS FOR THE CN DEVELOPMENT:

• Interface with the city for planning
• Explore candidate areas and properties
• Develop initial concept plans and models
• Conduct feasibility and environmental studies
• Refine and finalize the concept
• Negotiate contracts
• Make the formal commitment
• Interface with the city for permitting
• Construct the project
• Complete the project
• Manage the project
